Personal unemployment benefit counseling is available at the Helsinki-Uusimaa regional office during opening hours.

You can receive personal unemployment security advice at the regional offices in Kuopio, Oulu, Tampere, and Turku on Mondays from 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00.

Service Union United (PAM) has Regional Offices also in the following locations: Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Kouvola, Lahti, Pori, Rovaniemi, and Vaasa.

Regional Offices are open on Mondays from 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00. At other times, visits are only by appointment: pam.fi/ajanvaraus.
