Service Union United (PAM) has various career services that can support you in your job search and skill development!

PAM members have access to a comprehensive range of career employment-promiting services, supporting your job search and professional growth. Below, you’ll find a list of services designed to assist with both your job search and professional development.

Are you looking for a job in your own field? Our tailored Job Board website lists open positions in the service sector!

Unemployed or laid-off PAM members can participate in one card training course per year, funded by the Trade Union.

The trainings include first aid training, hygiene passport, first-aid fire extinguishing card, forklift card and occupational safety card.

Do you need support with your job search or developing your skills? In personal coaching, we will help you according to your needs!

Our career coaches have extensive experience with job search-related matters and have knowledge of various benefits and support measures, such as adult education, studying as an unemployed job seeker, and working part-time while receiving adjusted earnings-related allowance.

The coaching takes place via video appointment, so you can participate regardless of your location. Coaching is free for PAM members.

Would you like to practice for a job interview? In our Video Interview Simulator, you can practice a job interview in three different languages in a realistic recruitment setting!

PAM members can practice using the Recright platform, which is preferred by many recruiters for interviews. You can practice the interview independently or with your personal coach.

Are you looking for a summer job? Our online course will help you improve your skills in job hunting! The course is designed specifically for young people seeking summer jobs, but the skills learned will also be useful in the future.

The length of the course is 30 minutes and it includes downloadable materials to support your job search. Additionally, it offers valuable information on essential topics, such as ordering a tax card.
