Payment Dates

The Unemployment Fund benefits will be paid around Christmas and New Year as follows:

Mon 16 December - Earnings-related allowance
Tue 17 December - Earnings-related allowance
Wed 18 December - Earnings-related allowance
Thu 19 December - Earnings-related allowance
Fri 20 December - Earnings-related allowance, Commuting allowance, Job alternation compensation, Transition security allowance
Mon 23 December - Earnings-related allowance
Fri 27 December - Earnings-related allowance, Commuting allowance, Job alternation compensation, Transition security allowance
Mon 30 December - Earnings-related allowance
Tue 31 December - Earnings-related allowance, Commuting allowance, Job alternation compensation, Transition security allowance
Fri 3 January - Earnings-related allowance
Tue 7 January - Earnings-related allowance
Wed 8 January - Earnings-related allowance
Thu 9 January - Earnings-related allowance
Fri 10 January - Earnings-related allowance, Commuting allowance, Job alternation compensation, Transition security allowance

Opening Hours

The telephone service of the Unemployment Fund of Service Union United will be closed from Monday 23 December 2024 to Wednesday 1 January 2025, as well as on Monday 6 January 2025.

The Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Office will also be closed from Monday 23 December 2024 to Wednesday 1 January 2025 and on Monday 6 January.
