TE Service's digital systems will be renewed between 10-12 March 2023. During the switch to the renewed system, the Unemployment Fund may experience temporary disruptions in receiving new labour policy statements from TE Services.

The Unemployment Fund automatically checks the status of labour policy statements when processing applications. We will contact you if we notice that your labour policy statement is missing. If your statement appears in TE Service's electronic service and hasn't been updated to the Fund's eService within two days, you can send us a copy or screenshot of the statement via the Send Attachment feature in our eServices.
