The SMS service discontinued on 28 November 2022

The Unemployment Fund’s text message service for inquiring about payment dates and the application processing status has been permanently deactivated on 28 November 2022.

In the future, you can check the general processing status of applications from our our website. You can also check the processing of your individual application in our eService, under ”Application monitoring”.

Decisions and payment information can be found in the eService under ”Decisions”, once the application has been processed.

You can still receive payment notifications via SMS. You can check and update your communication settings in the eService under ”Personal Information >> Contact Data”.
